The history of Gullö Manor goes centuries back in time, to the 16th century. We are located in Raseborg, in the beautiful inner archipelago, only 20 minutes by car from the centre of Ekenäs.
Our tavern is open by pre booking and up to 100 persons can be seated in the restaurant. The tavern, located in a former cowshed built of gray stone in the 1860:ies, is suitable for both conferences and private functions. Many weddings are held in the tavern and we are open from April until December. The tavern mainly serves food from our own grounds: game meat, mushrooms and berries from the forest, fish and wildfowl from the surrounding archipelago, herbs and vegetables from the garden and greenhouse.
In May, when 30.000 daffodils bloom in our Flower Valley, you can walk along the 500 meters flower path, starting from the tavern. We celebrate the arrival of spring by opening a café on the upper floor of the restaurant, serving sweet and savoury delicacies during two weeks. If you come with a group, please book in advance, so we can inform our kitchen.
Three holiday cottages on the manor are available for weekly or weekend rental. They are all located on the manor premises. The sea shore, the jetty and the sauna is within walking distance. Use of a rowing boat is included in the rental rate. Should you want a motor on the boat, we will add an additional fee to the rent.
During spring and autumn, Gullö offers excellent opportunities to catch your own fish. You can go fishing on your own or together with a fishing guide.
